Requirement Confirmation

Communicate product specifications, materials, sizes, and application scenarios; clarify packaging design, printing content, and quality standards; confirm trade terms (e.g., FOB / CIF / EXW).

Quotation & Proposal

Provide professional quotation schemes based on requirements; optimize product structure and transportation costs; confirm lead time, payment terms, and cooperation details.

Sample Approval

Provide sampling services or reference samples; customer confirms product quality and design effects; enter formal production after sample approval.

Contract Signing

Sign formal foreign trade contracts (PI/Sales Contract); clarify product specifications, quantity, price, and lead time; agree on payment methods (T/T, L/C, etc.).

Production & QC

Organize production according to orders; execute strict quality management processes (IQC / IPQC / FQC); support third-party inspections (e.g., SGS, BV).

Booking & Logistics

Arrange sea/air freight booking according to lead time; confirm container loading time and shipment plan; optimize transportation routes and costs.

Customs & Documentation

Prepare export customs clearance documents (Invoice, Packing List, Contract, Customs Declaration, etc.); provide Certificate of Origin, Inspection Certificates, etc., as required.

Loading & Shipment

Arrange container loading and perform inspection; ensure safe loading and securing of goods; ship as planned and provide Bill of Lading (B/L).

Payment & Document Handover

Customer completes final payment as agreed; provide full sets of documents (B/L, Invoice, Packing List, etc.); ensure smooth customs clearance and pickup.

After-sales Service

Track shipment status; assist customer with customs clearance and receipt; handle quality feedback and provide long-term cooperation support.
